Clarity. Order. Direction.

Founder-led coaching and consulting for when you are navigating competing priorities, uncertainty, pressure, and change.

Founder-led coaching and consulting for when you are navigating competing priorities, uncertainty, pressure, and change.
High expectations from your team, your stakeholders, your family, your own expectations; all pulling at you at once.
Limited time. Pressure to deliver.
Pressure distorts thinking. Uncertainty creates noise. Clarity is rare.
The result?
Mental overload. Second-guessing. Important work is delayed while you fire-fight the loudest issue in the room. Decisions feel heavier than they should. Calm decision-making starts to feel out of reach.
Whether this pressure comes from a crisis, a major change, or simply the accumulation of everyday responsibilities, the challenge is the same:
You aren’t stuck because you don’t know what you want to tackle. You are stuck because you don’t know how to cut through the noise and move forward. Without clarity, people react instead of deciding. People remain capable, but lack confidence, purpose or focus.
The edge you need lives in the quality of your thinking under pressure.
I have created The Resilient Edge to bring Clarity in Complexity. Order from Uncertainty. Direction under Pressure.
To help you act, not stall.
This is a private practice for when you or your organisation is navigating complexity, pressure, and the decisions that define your ability to survive, and to thrive.
Consulting and coaching, delivered with depth and discretion.
Clarity in Complexity.
Order from Uncertainty.
Direction under Pressure.

No associates. No templates. No off-the-shelf programmes.
Every engagement is designed specifically for who I am working with.
You will work directly with me, Charlie Peschardt. Discreetly, thoughtfully, and with depth. Engagements are limited to ensure focus and attention.
I’ve spent over 20 years working as a leader and team member in environments where pressure is real, decisions matter, and outcomes have consequences for the people around me.
As a former Royal Navy helicopter pilot, disaster and crisis management specialist, and a sustainability professional I have worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors across 5 continents, I've managed a lot of change in my own life and led, advised and coached senior teams on strategy, operations, and resilience.
What I bring is not theory. This work is not about motivation, therapy, or endless self-reflection. I help people define what matters and follow through with intent. I bring the ability to:
...And move from uncertainty to action
My work is about helping capable people cut through noise, understand what actually matters, and move forward with intent; especially in moments of transition, pressure, or crisis.
I will be focused on you, offering tailored, confidential, structured and direct support to help you define and achieve your personal or organisational goals.
My clients value confidentiality as much as capability, and I honour both without exception.
Strategic Prioritisation - Understand and define "What do I want to achieve?"; "What must be done now?" And, as importantly, "What can wait?".
Calm, Intentional Decision-Making - Structure your thinking and decision-making to move forward in moments of complexity, crisis, or overload.
Build Discipline and Resilience - Build the internal confidence and behaviours required for you or your organisation to sustain performance over time.
Engaged at the most consequential moments - when strategy demands reorientation, when crisis tests the organisation's core, or when leaders must build structures that will outlast them.

The Resilient Edge logo is inspired by the Parang Ilang as a legacy of a 2013 visit to Borneo during my career as a Royal Navy commando helicopter pilot.
The Parang Ilang is the traditional tool and weapon of the Iban people of Sarawak, Borneo. It is not ornamental. It is practical. Essential. Designed for survival, for progress, and, when necessary, for defence; a tool for protection and for progress through dense and uncertain terrain.
In the 1950s, Commando Helicopter Force pilots developed an unrivalled reputation for a relentless commitment to support the troops on the ground and to get the job done in the most unforgiving environment of the Borneo jungle.
This bore a culture of resilience, calm execution, and commitment to supporting others achieve their goals - principles that have stayed with me ever since. It is an approach that carried me through two operational tours in Afghanistan and later into leadership roles in public and nonprofit organisations across healthcare, disaster response, crisis management, and sustainability.
The Resilient Edge logo embodies that philosophy. It represents the disciplined edge required to cut through complexity. The steadiness to act under pressure. And the responsibility to help others move forward - even when the conditions are hard.
